  The Cafe was fantastic, the food tasted great the coffee was nice and the cafe staff were quick and friendly. After breakfast we went to look at the art gallery and that is where it all went pear shaped. The curator was abrupt, rude and demeaning. We were looking at some art work when from across the room she shouted at us as not to touch anything. At no point were we even close to any artwork let alone stupid enough to touch anything however her tone and attitude towards two younger people was extremely inhospitable. We felt unwelcome and unwanted. We however chose to stay and continue looking yet she watched us like a hawk over our shoulders like we were trying to steal something. It got so bad we felt completely unwanted and uncomfortable we had to leave.

  Very poor inhospitable attitude and we wont be returning nor suggesting to anyone else to go and look. Extremely disappointed with our treatment.

  Negatives was the servings were pretty small. Flavors of the pancakes were nice, but they weren't soft and fluffy like the should be.

  Very disappointed with our meal today, Asian duck salad with noodles. Was on Specials board. Got a bowl of shredded cabbage with no dressing, tiny amount of duck and brittle dried noodles on top, cost $20. Certainly was not a special meal. My friend also ordered this and was bitterly disappointed. Wished I had ordered the flathead or calamari instead.

  This is a local treasure! Contemporary art in a fantastic environment. Recommend the cafe; delicious and great river views.

  Enjoyed a relaxing light lunch on the balcony overlooking the lake. Great food good service. A little more expensive than some places but worth it. Loved the gallery too.

  Staff were nice and great to deal with. Had amazing views. Avocado mash was tasty. But that's about it on the plus side.
