    Called to make an appointment, I have been calling for weeks and finally the call was answered and I was informed that they are not taking new clients until after Christmas. Strange that, I have been going to West Side Hair since thet were in Thomas st. Time to find a new Hairdresser that answers the phone. Used to be great service under previous owner.

    Not happy at all with my cut. She was nice but i had to coach the person through; she had no confidence in what she was doing; took over an hour for the cut and then was rushed out without a wash or style. Veey disappointed.
