  Delatite Ford on the other hand was absolutely fantastic in the assistance provided by way of a loan vehicle. The first was their courtesy car, a Ford Fiesta. Small but served its purpose. When personal requirements changed and transport to Melbourne of an ill relative was in jeopardy, Delatite Ford provided us with a station wagon from their used car lot. We were able to transport our grandson and his mother to the RCH. Even had ample room for the wheelchair.

  Purchased a new XLT Ranger late 2012 from Delatite Ford. On the 11th February 2013 it needed its heater box replaced. Delatite was stymied by Ford Australia when they wanted a date of delivery for the part. Nothing was forthcoming until a personal approach was made via the Customer Relations Centre. I was given the 27th February as the date the part would be arriving. The CRC was as useless as a pocket in a singlet. The manager of the CRC who identified herself as Yvonne was as much help as a second left leg. The only thing she admitted to knowing was where my residence of Violet Town was. Big help she was. These people at CRC aren't even part of Ford, They're outside contractors. Nothing to lose if the customer is upset at being closed out.
