  They said they wouldn't do sausage and egg meals. But they could give us the muffins hash browns and coffee seperate but not as a meal. Then charged $21.15 a total rip off. Its not the first time I have had problems with service and products at Benalla McDonald's.

  4 dollars 5 cents for a cold coffee in a cup that could have come out of a vending machine. That was in store not drive through. Vending machines do it better for 1.50 on a station near you.

  Just a typical Maccas, lots of parking, service was quick considering it was lunch time.

  An absolute disgrace. McDonald's at Benalla need a good kick in the arse. Their servive is slow the line in just getting longer its no longer fast food. Its always filled with dirty tables many times ive had to clean my own table to be able to eat. Their staff majority have the attitude i dont give a Rats. I complained to a staff member about a spill in the door way an hour later still NO ONE PERSON CLEANED IT UP SO PEOPLE WALK AROUND IT. Then that particular staff member knock off and walk over it.So i now spend little time there. I was in ShellHarbour Mcs and it was a true pleasure clean full on staff were happy to help in any way we could learn from this store. NOT HAPPY.SO I GIVE IT A NOT STAR RATING.THWY DONT DESREVE ANY.

  Terrible. Was given completely wrong order. We were asked if we'd like to see the manager. When we did, rather than just fixing the problem we were given every rubbish excuse possible including "I don't remember the price - it changes every day ". We were given the supposed cheaper meal deal but no drink. Poor effort indeed.
