  I have been trying to get to the bottom of a couple of small issues with my cat with this VET for two years now without much success, and I don’t feel like the veterinarians I have been connected with can really quite be bothered.

  The first one I visited, gave me completely false information and led me up the garden path. I have been told they don’t work there anymore.

  My family and I have visited the Benalla Vet Clinic and have found they were up to date with all services that we thought were only available in Melbourne. This coupled with their country friendliness and customer service, we wouldn't go anywhere else. Our cat Zeus is happy too.

  All of the staff are friendly and supportive; they recognise that our pets are part of the family. The care provided is contemporary and of first quality. I highly recommend using them for all of your specialist animal care.

  As a business, I am struggling to recommend them after I continually walk away with no real answers and the other day a $200+ bill for a consult and a ludicrously priced 20ml of antibiotic fluid which should have been given to me 2 years ago. I'm very disappointed that they didn't offer to try and make it right, even partially, when I have expressed that I was given false information and mucked around. They also seem to be quick to pad the bill unnecessarily, and ask you to continually return.

  I was really pleased with the experience when I had a dental procedure done, but not really happy with trying to get to the bottom of what I believe is a fairly simple diagnosis of a mild to moderate bacterial, yeast or parasitic infection. I was first told it was parasitic, but now I’m told it’s not, and it’s not a yeast infection and it “could” be a mild bacterial infection...despite that I've paid for the tests TWICE now.

  Through all this, my beautiful pet has been left in continual discomfort, and me trying to treat it the best I can and spending time and money on products to treat parasites that aren’t even there, some of which the VET themselves have sold to me knowing they have given me false information.
